Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the booking guidelines below before scheduling your session. 1. Appointments & Payment: Advance Booking: All readings must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Full Payment: Payment at the time of booking is required to secure your chosen timeslot. Accepted Methods: We accept payment online via this website only. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Window: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Refunds: Cancellations made within the window receive a full refund. Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made under 24 hours are non-refundable. How to Change: Use the link in your confirmation email to modify your booking or email mysticsee2@gmail.com. 3. Tardiness & No-Shows: Grace Period: There is a strict 10-minute grace period for arrivals. Shortened Sessions: If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. No refund will be given. No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice forfeits your payment completely. 4. Ethics & Code of Conduct: Age Requirement: Clients must be 19+ years old. By booking this service you are agreeing you are 19+ years old. Sobriety: Readings will not be conducted if a client is under the influence. Respect: The reader reserves the right to terminate any session due to disrespectful behaviour. Scope: Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
